Dove Property Advisors owner and qualifying broker, Connie Dove, has secured facilities and financing for over 30 educational institutions (public charter and private schools).
She has also founded more than a dozen nonprofit Education Foundations for schools to finance facilities in compliance with state and federal law.
She served on the State Leaders Council for New Mexico Charter Schools, is a regular presenter at state charter conferences regarding facilities and establishing nonprofits, and was a charter school board member for five years in Albuquerque.

In addition to assisting charter schools with their facility needs, she has also represented private schools, preschools, churches, nonprofits and healthcare organizations.
She understands the special needs and challenges of public, nonprofit and private organizations who strive to serve the needs of our communities. Connie served as a charter school director and a district level education administrator for over thirty years. She came to New Mexico in 2006 to oversee the charter schools (37 at the time) for the Albuquerque Public Schools and has since assisted numerous charter schools with facility acquisition and financing, development, strategic planning for long-term growth and establishing nonprofit education foundations for schools. She has also served as a consultant to the New Mexico Public Education Department. Prior to coming to New Mexico, she founded the Volunteer Connection, a tutoring/mentoring organization in Minnesota serving over 5,600 at-risk youth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamline University and a Master of Public Affairs degree from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota with concentrations in Public and Nonprofit Leadership & Management and Social Policy. Connie is a licensed Florida and New Mexico Real Estate Qualifying Broker. She has active brokerage firms in both states, with reciprocity in Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nebraska, Rhode Island, and West Virginia.
